Annie is a yoga instructor and personal trainer who strives to help people become experts on their own bodies so they can prevent injuries and become stronger physically and mentally. She offers in person + online classes, small groups, privates, and events.

ABOUT
Movement has always been important to Annie—but discovering it could be medicine changed everything.
Originally from Arkansas, Annie grew up as a competitive dancer and faced injuries that took a toll both physically and mentally. It wasn’t until she found yoga that she realized much of her pain stemmed from stress. Through breath and mindful movement, she learned to reduce inflammation, tension, and reconnect with her body.
After performing on cruise ships, she developed chronic pain in her lower back. Her rehab journey introduced her to functional strength training, helping her retrain muscles, restore balance, and prevent future injury.
Now based in NYC, Annie blends yoga and strength training to offer a holistic, personalized approach to fitness—focused on injury prevention, building lean muscle, and regulating the nervous system. Whether you’re looking for a mix of yoga and strength or just one aspect, Annie meets you where you are.
